As a long time expert in the title industry, Bill Haider has worked in many facets of Real Estate since 1998, and has held the title of Director of Sales for Complete Title Services since July 2005.
During his career he has directed, organized and managed teams of professionals to provide title insurance in all 50 states.
Additionally, Bill has been charged with overseeing all compliance, legal, systems and operational issues on behalf of Complete Title, as well as those in closing, post-closing and final policy.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University with a minor in Computer Science.
Ellen Mahoney, President, Loss Mitigation Consulting Services, now a Division of Complete Title Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the short sale department, including consultation with agents and prospective clients, facilitating short sale requests with lenders, and managing the entire short sale process. Mahoney has been a loss mitigation consultant for over three years.
Mahoney began her career as the manager of a title company. She also has eight years experience as a loan originator and seventeen years as a Sr.Paralegal in the commercial and residential Real Estate industries.
Her work included foreclosures, loan workouts and modifications, deeds-in-lieu, short sales and other related transactions.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University, Legal Assistant Program 1983. She has passed the Michigan Real Estate License and Michigan Mortgage Loan Officer Exams. In addition, Mahoney has taken many advanced Real Estate law classes through Syracuse University and ICLE, the Real Estate Section of the Michigan Bar Association.
